1) Parties
These Terms govern web design/development services by Yevhen Drahan (“Contractor”) to the Client.
2) Services & Scope
Design, development, integrations (WhatsApp/CRM), GDPR setup (cookie banner & consent), GA4, performance. Extras (copywriting, paid licenses, custom plugins) only if agreed.
3) Timeline
Typical build 7–14 days after receiving content and access. Exact milestones are agreed per project.
4) Reviews & Acceptance
[1–2] review rounds. Acceptance upon written confirmation or go-live.
5) Fees & Payment
“From” pricing, depends on scope. Default schedule: 50% / 30% / 20%. Invoices due in [7] days. VAT may apply.
6) Client Obligations
Provide content/access and timely feedback. Delays extend deadlines.
7) IP & Portfolio
After full payment, Client owns the final project files (third-party licenses remain separate). I may show the project in my portfolio unless asked not to.
8) Support
[14/30] days bug-fix support after launch. Ongoing maintenance by separate agreement.
9) Data Protection
Processing follows the Privacy Policy and GDPR. A DPA can be provided when I act as a processor.
10) Liability
Services “as is”, no liability for indirect losses; capped at fees paid in last 12 months.
11) Termination & Law
Material breach not cured in 14 days → termination, Client pays for work done. Law of Portugal, courts of Lisbon.
