This Privacy Policy explains how Yevhen Drahan (“I”, “me”, “my”), acting as an individual controller, processes personal data when you use netwods.com.

2. Data I collect
- Contact data: name, email, phone, and the message you send via forms.
- Technical & usage data: shortened/anon IP address, pages viewed, referrer, device/browser, and similar diagnostics (via cookies or log files).
- Billing data (only if you purchase services): name, VAT/tax ID, address, and payment reference. Payments are processed by third-party providers; I do not store full card details.
I do not intentionally collect special categories of data. If you send such data by mistake, I will delete it.
3. Sources of data
- Directly from you (contact forms, emails, WhatsApp).
- Automatically from your device when you browse the site (cookies/analytics, subject to your choices).
- Billing details you provide for invoicing.
4. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)
- Responding to enquiries / providing quotes — contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Communication & support (email/WhatsApp) — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Website measurement/analytics — legitimate interests or consent, depending on the tool and your cookie choices (Art. 6(1)(f) / 6(1)(a)).
- Marketing (newsletter, offers) — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Legal compliance (invoicing/accounting) — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

5. Cookies & consent
A cookie banner lets you accept, reject or customise non-essential cookies at any time via “Cookie Preferences”. 6. Processors (service providers)
I use trusted providers to operate this site and process data on my behalf, under Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), for example:
- Hosting: hostinger.com — site hosting and server logs.
- Email / forms: Gmail — receive/send messages.
- Sheets/CRM (if used):[Google Sheets.
- Chat/Comms (optional): WhatsApp].
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4.
- Payments (if used): Stripe — process payments and prevent fraud.
A current list of processors is available on request.
7. International transfers
Some providers are located outside the EEA. Where applicable, I rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions to protect your data. Details available on request.
8. Retention
- Leads & quotes: up to 12 months after the last interaction (unless a longer legal obligation applies).
- Billing records: kept for the statutory periods.
- Cookies: as shown in the banner/CMP.
After retention ends, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. I respond within one month (GDPR). You may also complain to your local supervisory authority (e.g., CNPD in Portugal). To exercise your rights: admin@netwods.com.
10. Security
I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS/SSL, access controls, backups). No system is 100% secure.
11. Children
This site is not intended for children under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Automated decision-making
I do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
13. Changes
I may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version is available at https://netwods.com/privacy-policy, with the update date shown at the top.
